The Room was really clean and big considering how generally hotels in Japan are small. We had 2 big luggages and only 1 can be opened at a time but there is still plenty of room to walk around despite one luggage being opened throughout our stay. We had a small seating area right beside our bed and a glass frosted window where my brother and I would usually eat together our Convenience store food at night. The toilet and shower is separated from each other. The bedroom was also separated from the toilet area by a sliding door so that was really good if you wish to have privacy from the bedroom and the toilet. Room came with a washing machine, detergent and an ironing board but for jeans that was stuck onto a wall (I believe it was meant to iron your pants). We had booked a Superior Twin Room which had 2 beds. Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner were provided in the hotel room. They had amenities provided on the reception lobby where Tea Bags, Coffee, Vanity Kit, Shower Sponge (you should definitely try using the sponge while you are there. It feels really awesome to use while washing your body), razor kit, toothbrush, etc.. Ice Machine is located outside. There are a few convenience stores nearby. The nearest is about maybe a 7 MIN walk while the rest are abit of a 15 MINS walk. Unfortunately there are no airport bus limousine that goes directly to the hotel from Narita Airport but you can take the train from Narita Airport directly to Sengakuji Station (preferably) or Takanawa Gateway Station. Hotel is like 3MINS walk from Sengakuji Station and around 7-10MINS walk from Takanawa Gateway Station (JR Line). Would recommend to take train directly to Sengakuji Station as it is difficult carrying big heavy luggage if you decide to go through Takanawa Gateway Station. The area is pretty quiet and it takes maybe about 30-45 MINS by JR Line to the popular station like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku Station. About 1 Hour by JR Line to Ikebukuro.

The facilities were clean and rather large, we weren't expecting much space as we heard Tokyo's hotels have small rooms but we fit 2 large cases and two carry on bags in the room with plenty of space left to walk. The limited house keeping was great, we only put the sign on the door every third day or so and our towels and bind were replaced whilst we were out and about. The once a week deep clean (we were there 2 weeks) was thorough and left the room smelling nice. Washing machine in the room was helpful although it did take me a minute to understand how it all worked (mainly due to translation). The staff were wonderful and friendly, and great help, they lent us a baggage scale a few times and allowed other guests to store bags in the lobby before and after check in. The bed was comfortable, the desk was super helpful and the tv was good quality (we just watched YouTube as it was free). A 2 minute walk to the local train station and a 5/8 minute walk to the JR station (we only used this station once as the station over was shinagawa) if you are looking for a clean, large and great location (nice and quiet compared to the city with plenty of food around) and friendly staff I would say this checks all the boxes, will definitely book again in the future

The breakfast was so yummy with the mix of Japanese and Western options. I chose this hotel because I wanted to have a washer/dryer in my room, and it worked very well. It took about 3-4 hours to complete the cycle, so I ran it at night or before I left each morning. Some people do not like the active construction site across the street, but I came here with my toddler who is obsessed with construction vehicles, and he absolutely loved seeing all of the cranes and excavators. The hotel is located next to two train stations that have elevators. Both stations are small and not crowded, so they’re easy to navigate (you won’t get lost or waste time finding the correct train), and it was super easy to get around using these lines. One of the lines is direct to the Haneda airport, another reason why I chose this location. Although room cleaning was not available for our six-night stay (it was an additional fee), I did appreciate that they took out the trash each day and provided fresh clean towels each day. There is a convenient store around the corner that’s open 24/7, a vending machine in the hotel and around the corner, as well as a restaurant that’s open 24/7 (Nakau) that is reallllly good!

The room was HUGE for somewhere in Tokyo! Plenty of room for both people and suitcases; there was even a small table with chairs near the window which was a nice place to sit with a cup of tea after a long day of walking around the city. The bathroom was very spacious as well. The hotel is right next to a good ramen shop, Sengakuji station, and a large Daily Yamazaki konbini (which has everything you could need.) The location was pretty good, in a quieter and less-touristy part of town. The best feature by far, though, was that the room had its own washer/dryer and provided detergent! It's the main reason I booked this one over the APA next door, and it was extremely helpful to have access to our own machine - no waiting for an open machine and paying 800 yen plus for a small load of laundry. We were able to come home with just about all of our clothes cleaned. In addition, the staff were very friendly and helpful - we had some luggage forwarded from our previous hotel, and it was in our room waiting for us by the time we arrived. There was a breakfast offered in the cafe, but we ended up not trying it to save some money.

Nice newer property. The location was great for us as it was close to two stations and direct line to the airport. Not too much around as it is a peaceful neighborhood area. The rooms are decent size for Tokyo. We had a beautiful corner room. Toilet and shower are separate so really nice. Also there is a sliding door to close the bedroom so a definite plus. We had no issues with noise. Loved having a washing machine/drier in the room! The drier is ventless so it takes a few hours to dry something but it’s so worth it! I wish more hotels would do this. I’ve read multiple negative reviews about breakfast but we enjoyed it. The selection was small but adequate and good quality. The amenities in the bathroom are &honey products that are my favorite. I will definitely stay at this property again when I return.
